March 2007 - The awards just keep coming for Sacred Hill’s iconic Riflemans Chardonnay. The 2005 Riflemans Chardonnay has won a gold medal at the 54th Royal Easter Show Wine Awards in Auckland. The Easter Show gold medal comes hot on the heels of success last month for the Riflemans Chardonnay in Cuisine magazine’s annual chardonnay tasting, when it was recognised as New Zealand’s best chardonnay, and given a five star rating.
