Philosophy
Our winery was built in 1995 using state-of-the-art technology to attain consistent quality and cost effectiveness. Continuous improvements since this time have maintained up to date technologies and ensured it has supported the company's growing requirements.
Old world and new world practices have been adopted by our viticultural and winemaking teams. Quality has never been sacrificed to achieve growth in volume – a philosophy that has done much to build and maintain our enviable reputation. The Mason family and chief winemaker Tony Bish remain true to their original mission – to produce exceptional wines, no matter what. The many gold, silver and bronze medals won by our wines since 1995 are evidence that only the highest standards are good enough at this winery.
Sacred Hill takes pride in the quality of their product however our products are best when enjoyed in moderation. For more information http://www.alcohol.org.nz/
