The Sacred Hill Reserve range offers premium quality wine created from grapes grown in specially selected vineyard sites in Hawke’s Bay and Marlborough. Both old and new world winemaking techniques enhance each wine’s complexity and structure.
The Reserve range produced from Marlborough fruit includes Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir while Chardonnay, Syrah and Merlot Cabernet are derived from Hawke’s Bay grapes.
The widely available Reserve range promises reliable quality and style at a price that represents exceptional value for money.

2007 Sacred Hill Marlborough Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Style: Dry. Winemaker Description: A lifted medley of aromatics with passionfruit, lychee and gooseberry characters. A rich and mouthfilling palate with abundant tropical fruit flavours of passionfruit, lychee and gooseberry following the aroma. Beautifully balanced with a textural mid-palate and lingering tropical aftertaste. Food Match: Shellfish, seafood, and white meats.

2006 Sacred Hill Barrel Fermented Chardonnay Style: Dry full bodied oak aged chardonnay. Winemaker Description: Lifted peach, citrus and vanilla aroma. Very complex and inviting. Complex and richly satisfying palate with classic "peaches and cream" Hawkes Bay Chardonnay palate. Ripe stonefruit flavours with a creamy textured palate and excellent length with citrus nuances. Food Match: Seafood, chicken and white sauce pasta dishes.

2007 Sacred Hill Pinot Gris Style: Dry Winemaker Description: A beautifully intense yet restrained aroma of apricot blossom, pear and floral nuances. Inviting and elegant. Immediately mouth filling, this wine has a richly textured and powerful palate that is extremely well integrated and seamless. The length is superb, with lingering apricot and complex fruit flavours leaving an impression of balance and finesse. Food Match: Shellfish, seafood, and white meats.

2006 Sacred Hill Gimblett Gravels Hawkes Bay Syrah Style: Dry Winemaker Description: Spicy white pepper and milk chocolate nuances with lifted raspberry fruit. An aromatic sweet fruit palate with vanilla background and a supple finish. Well balanced and very drinkable. Food Match: Game meats goats cheese and spicy pizza.

2006 Sacred Hill Basket Press Merlot Style: Dry. Winemaker Description: Rich fragrant nose with dark plum, licorice star arise and complex black fruits. Very appealing rich and softly textured palate with indulgent qualities. Ripe black fruits are complexity and superb texture and length. Food Match: Red meats, rich Italian dishes.
