	2002 Sacred Hill Sauvage Sauvignon Blanc Style: Full bodied aromatic dry white wine. Winemaker Description: Pale Straw.  Complex rich aroma of white nectarine, lychee’s and a toasty nutty complexity. Very rich full bodied palate with white nectarine, peach and lychee flavours.  Incredible texture, weight and length. 	2004 Sacred Hill Sauvage Sauvignon Blanc Style: Full bodied aromatic dry white wine. Winemaker Description: Pale lemon straw.  Lifted aromas of quince, passionfruit, gooseberry, lychee and lemongrass.  Rich tropical palate with passionfruit, pawpaw and ripe gooseberry flavours.  Elegant soft texture with beautifully fine acidity, excellent length with a mineral finish. 	2002 Sacred Hill Brokenstone Merlot Style: Full bodied Bordeaux style red. Winemaker Description: Deep inky purple.   A truly powerful and complex wine Brokenstone shows layered aromas of black olives, ripe Black Doris Plum, prune,liquorice and spice, with an underlying cigar box note. Dense concentrated palate with layers of flavours from earthy liquorice gamey characters to black plum, black olive and ripe berry characters.  Huge structure with very supple tannins. 	2002 Sacred Hill Helmsman Cabernet Merlot Style: Full Bodied Dry Red. Winemaker Description: Richly scented aroma with cassis, liquorice, cigar box and leather.  Dense palate with ripe black plum, mouthfilling complexity and fine tannin structure.  Flavours of liquorice, dark fruits, leather and hints of cassis.  Excellent presistence and length of flavour.
